Careful to keep his weight on one hand, Cameron closes his eyes briefly at the way she sounds, though he likes being able to see her too much to keep that going for long. She's beautiful, as much because of who she is and how he feels about her as simple, physical fact, the expression on her face one he means to remember. There will be other times to push, to rush; now he goes slow and deep, reveling in taking the time to really feel what they're doing. Though he doesn't really believe in luck, it seems auspicious, being here with her now. A year that starts like this, feeling the way he does, can't be a bad one, not when he's so overwhelmingly content to be with her, not when he can make her feel good. "Jenny," he says, just to say her name, drawing away from her mouth only so he can kiss her jaw and her neck down to her shoulder, taking in every beautiful inch of her he can, his hand traveling along her side to keep her close.
