Slipping her arm through his, skates hanging from her free hand, Jenny opens her mouth to tell him that it isn't necessary, but changes her mind before she does. Though she's perfectly capable of carrying them herself, it's nice — flattering, really — of him to offer, and there's no point in insisting on doing it herself when she doubts he'd have asked if he minded doing it. Cameron has always been like that, anyway, as far as she's seen, so earnest in being a gentleman; it's one of the things she likes so much about him. "Thank you," she says warmly, and holds the pair of skates out for him. "I'm glad you thought of that, by the way, going skating. I don't remember the last time I went."
