"Yes, I suppose we should," Jenny says, laughing a little herself. It's still slippery, and there's half a second where she worries she won't be able to keep her footing, but with Cameron's hand in hers, she manages to stay steady, drawing in a deep breath and holding it for a few moments. "There's no telling what could happen, is there? Especially around here." Despite the nervousness she hasn't been able to shake, she's confident in that much. After months of knowing each other, of going out as friends, she doesn't really see how anything else could be the case.
